Welcome to Toronto Touch Rugby!
A Bit About Ourselves
Toronto Touch Rugby ("TTR") was created by a group of touch rugby lovers dedicated to growing the sport of touch in Canada. As the only Federation of International Touch (FIT) sanctioned touch league in the GTA, we provide a fun, safe environment for people of all ages to play touch rugby in the Greater Toronto Area.
Whether you're a seasoned touch player or new to the game, come join one of our co-ed touch rugby leagues, pickup games or training sessions.
Open to Anyone
Our co-ed touch rugby league is open to people of all skill levels that are 18 years of age or older.
Join us as a Toronto Touch Rugby Member to compete in Touch tournaments across Canada and the U.S.
Play By International Rules
Toronto Touch Rugby abides by the internationally accepted rules outlined by FIT (The Federation of International Touch). See the Rules
We play at downtown locations across the City. We are the only FIT sanctioned touch rugby league in the GTA!
FIT-rules Touch Rugby is a much safer sporting alternative to contact rugby. First aid kit available at every match just in case though.
Touch Rugby is a great way to stay in shape throughout the year.
Play All Year Round
Spring and Summer Leagues run from May to September. The Winter league runs from January to March.
Each game will be refereed by a match official who will uphold the rules of the game.
Build Lasting Relationships
Toronto Touch Rugby is a great place to connect with like-minded individuals from all around the world!
2 hours of fun!
All league sessions run for 2 hours. Spring/Summer are on Wed 6:30pm - 8pm. Winters are on Sun 10am - 12pm
